Smartix software supports built-in peripheral equipment diagnostics. Performing online monitoring of peripheral devices:

POS terminal
Online cash register (paper availability, connection with OFD)
Barcode scanner

Connection status
Hardware (OS version, processor model, motherboard, disk size, RAM, etc.)

System also supports sending notifications to responsible personnel about the current state of the equipment and malfunctions (SMS, e-mail, Telegram bot).

Timely sending of technical notifications allows to quickly respond to unstable equipment and minimizes serious failures of the entire network.

Downtime of customer’s self-service system is reduced, the level of availability and quality of services is increased.
